No. Chelsworth is a private holdings and advisory group that invests and holds as a principal. We do not operate against a fixed fund life or a mandated exit timetable.
How long do you hold a business for?
Indefinitely, where the business and the owners allow it. Our preference is to hold established, profitable companies for many years and across cycles.
Do you take control, or only minority stakes?
Both. We acquire majority positions and take significant minority stakes, and we frequently invest alongside founders who remain holders and operators.
